Our clean, secure, heated indoor storage units range in size from 4’x4’ up to a generous 16’x22’. You can access your unit 365 days a year—just drive on up to our secure compound and enter your unique passcode. Our units are almost all at ground level, with drive-up access, and very easy to get to—just one minute south of Walmart, right off the Island Highway.
In terms of safety and security, your peace of mind is our top priority. We’ve got 26 high-tech video safety cameras, excellent lighting throughout our compound, and a resident manager on site to handle any issues or problems that you might have.

There are certain things that you cannot store our facility. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items. The list of prohibited items includes, but is not limited to:

- Any kind of liquid, whether flammable or not
- Flammable materials and explosives
- Propane or gas canisters (e.g. for RVs or barbeques) and aerosol cans

- Valuables like cash and securities, jewellery and gems, fine art and antiques, etc.
- Illegal substances and items, or items obtained illegally
- Birds, fish, animals or any other living creature
- Any kind of food or food ingredient, including pet food, and ornaments made from food
- Smelly items (includes waste products but also strongly scented soaps, candles, etc. )
